We supply a full data panel on each sample for less than a single analysis might cost elsewhere. This allows you to get a complete picture of your wine or juice without having to choose between cost and data. Now you can analyze samples every month for one low price. The following analysis is included for every sample: Wine: Ethanol, TA, pH, VA, Glucose/Fructose, Malic Acid, Lactic Acid, Free and Total SO2. Juice: Brix, TA, Tartaric Acid, Malic Acid, pH, Glucose/Fructose, Ammonia, Alpha Amino Nitrogen and Potassium. Monthly Service Levels: 1.) Premier: $550/month*, 50 samples, add'l samples are $11 2,) Standard: $412.50/month, 25 samples, add'l samples are $16.50 3.)
