🥔 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗠𝗬𝗗𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗟 🥔 Mydibel is a 𝒇𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 specialized since 1988 in the development, production and commercialization of 𝒑𝒐𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒔: including fresh (fries), frozen (fries and puree specialities) and dehydrated (flakes and granules) products. Mydibel offers 𝒒𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒔 with quality services, both in their own branding and in private label supplying companies from a variety of customer segments: food service, retail and industry. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀: - The Mydibel Group counts more than 𝟳𝟬𝟬 people; - We export our wide range of potato products to more than 𝟭𝟮𝟬 countries worldwide; - We process daily approximately 𝟯,𝟬𝟬𝟬 tons of potatoes; - We sell about 𝟰𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 tons of finished products per year. ♻️ 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 ♻️ One of Mydibel’s priorities is to care for the environment, that's why the company installed the first biogas engine in 2006 to produce 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒚. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸? Biogas and digestate is generated through the fermentation of starch-rich potato waste (e.g., peels and flakes). Biogas is converted into green energy, the digestate is centrifuged and lime added, creating a valuable agricultural fertiliser called 𝗠𝘆𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘁. Thanks to these investments in the Green Factory, Mydibel is now 80% self-sufficient in electricity.
