Nadia Gil founded myCV after spending the majority of her career as a recruiter. She has worked with executive search firms in New York, London and Spain, helping hiring managers select the right candidates across multiple industries. She is now using that insight and expertise to advise job seekers in how to position themselves, both on paper and in person, to land the job they want. Prior to her career in recruiting, Nadia worked in management consulting with Mitchell Madison Group and in investment management with Goldman Sachs. She holds a degree in management science from MIT.
