David has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. A graduate from the Southeast College of Oriental Medicine where he was awarded a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine, and received the Clinical Excellence award given to the colleges highest achieving student. He has trained under Dr. Gordon Xu a Master in Oriental Medicine and has been in private practice for 12 years. He is contracted to do acupuncture at the Hanley Center and a consultant at a local womens outpatient treatment center. We accept most PPOs and some POS insurance plans. I went to David for acupuncture assistance in getting pregnant. I had read articles on the positive effects acupuncture can have on fertility and I have friends that have experienced the benefits of acupuncture in the areas of fertility, headaches, arthritis, etc. My husband and I had been actively trying to conceive for approximately a year, though we had not used birth control since the birth of my 1st son, 2 years prior. I had spoken with by MBGYN regarding my concerns over the length of time it seemed to be taking to get pregnant with baby #2.
