My Possible Self was founded by Jo Wilkinson in 2009 to provide a range of services including counselling and coaching, for individuals, couples and businesses, based in Cardale House, Harrogate. • We utilise the talents and skills of a wide variety of professionally qualified coaches, counsellors and therapists who can work with the needs of each client. • We are able to offer you a choice of services and will seek the very best way of helping you or your business move forward. • We believe in peoples own strengths and we will work with you to increase resilience, promote positive mental attitudes and trust in your own ideas and abilities. • We focus on what your requirements are and tailor our services accordingly. • We take the time to understand your needs carefully analysing where you are at now and where you want to be in the future • We help you identity improvements that can be made and quantify the benefits to you of making those improvements. As an organisation we are registered as members of professional counselling and psychotherapy organisations including the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). We are also an Organisational member of the Association for Coaching.
