My Pathway Information

My Pathway is a social and economic development organisation delivering services from the Top End and Torres Strait to Tasmania. We have been developing people, connecting them to opportunities and helping communities to grow since 2007. Our businesses deliver employment services, training, business mentoring, community projects and facility services through a mix of government and private contracts. We also fund regional and remote enterprise development through our not-for-profit organisation, Community Owned Enterprises (COE). We prioritise people and aspire to be a vibrant organisation that people want to work for. Today, we employ more than 800 staff, support thousands of job seekers and facilitate hundreds of community programs. My Pathway is built on trusted partnerships with our staff, our clients, our business associates and the communities where we work. We believe that together, we can achieve our purpose to create positive social and economic impact.
