MultiBuy has been designed and developed over 8 years. It comes from a vast amount of experience from consulting in the Hospitality sector, from procurement and buying experience. Chris Edwards who has driven the design and development of the MultiBuy solution has worked with a wide range of businesses supporting the development of procurement processes, development of supply chains, selection and implementation of e-procurement solutions through his Consultancy Business and alongside sales, marketing, process, systems and strategic consultancy with egthree. This experience allowed Chris and his team to understand where the strengths and weaknesses in the solution market existed and the developers with real talent. From this we were able to take all those strengths and gaps in functionality and develop MultiBuy using the experience and skill of a successful and highly regarded Finish bespoke e-procurement developer. The supply chain is managed by an external supplier and developed from the localised hybrid supply chain created by our team for the leading F&B clients, using locally sourced, high quality, process efficient and cost effective suppliers. Based on the skills and experience developed over the last 14 years we were able to create a supply chain that delivers customers c.18% cost saving whilst matching or improving quality.
