My Local Physio Plus Information

One Team.Three Locations. ‘Our goal, through making our patients better, is to build a healthier, stronger community’. (Melissa Olech - Founder) Being local means more than being nearby. It’s an attitude that drives the team at My Local Physio Plus. Your care is our priority. Our three clinics in Golden Grove, Ridgehaven and Fairview Park are located minutes apart from one another and offer a range of allied health treatment options – including Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Gym-base rehabilitation, Clinical Reformer Pilates, Exercise Groups and Classes, Remedial Massage and Acupuncture. We believe that your treatment should be about what is best for you. Our philosophy is to listen first and understand your individual goal, before putting together a treatment plan that specifically meets your need. Our clinics are warm, welcoming environments built around exceptional patient care. We embody the concept of ‘Plus’ by working with one another and our partners to help our patients achieve better health. We employ individuals who do what they love and help them grow in their roles and their lives. We care for our colleagues like we do our patients. We always find ways to have fun. Helping our community live better!
