My Clinical Outcomes (MCO) is a web-based platform for routine measurement and analytics of patient reported outcome measures #PROMs in clinical practice. MCO allows patients to remotely quantify and track the outcomes that are important to them before, during and following treatment. Real-time reporting allows clinicians to optimise the care of their individual patients, while the resultant insight can be used by managers and payers to improve the overall value of delivered care #VBHC. MCO is widely used in the NHS in England and Wales as well as by private providers such as Spire Healthcare, Circle Health Group and HCA UK helping services to meet mandatory PHIN and NHS England reporting requirements, move to value-based care models, optimise the care of patients in Virtual Wards, enable Patient Initiated Follow-up and support elective backlog prioritisation.
