My Aeon Information

My Aeon is a multi-level club located in Brunswick, it has existed in its current form since 2008 and recently re-launched after a large-scale renovation in June, 2016. Good things come to those who wait and after what felt like an eternity, we finally have our new home fully operational. What a whirlwind couple of months we have had. Let us jog the collective memory: do you remember June 6th, the anticipation in the air as you entered the newly renovated My Aeon, the energy, the cumulative feeling of unity in the club whilst Duncan Gray, Tom Moore, Louis McCoy, No.1 Delicious, Stockholm Syndrome and Planet Jumper commanded the controls of their rooms on arguably the best sound system in the country? Since then the venue has seen some minor changes, re-fits, and still there are many new additions to come. What has been achieved may seem to some as nothing extraordinary, however the reality of the scale of accomplishment given the hurdles, sacrifices, blood, sweat and tears that have been shed should not be underestimated; the reality is simple. Either way, it's irrelevant. What is important to us, is that you enter My Aeon and feel like you're in a safe, fun, enjoyable and innovative space where for one night you forget all of the worries in your life and embrace good music and good people. There's an onus on us as people living in a modern world to be gracious and kind with one another as well as the planet, and as has often been remarked, real change begins at home. My Aeon is everyone's home.
