Our Company Hooley Scott (previously known as MWA) is a Quantity Surveying Consultancy that has collectively been operating for over 20 years', With extensive knowledge of financial, contractual and commercial management. We specialise in the M&E services, ranging from initial estimates right through to the final account stages of a project. Our Experience We haved covered a vast spectrum of medium to large scale construction and engineering projects, with a clear focus on providing our clients added value and cost certainty.
