Real estate investments is a multipoint process. Locating the right lot and for the right price is where it all begins. Once a location is identified we then look at what type of home will best suit that lot. Making sure we analyze the market, our competition and current costs complete the feasibility process. Once our land purchase is complete we begin the plan design process. It is our job to ensure we are building homes with incredible function, on time and in budget.
