MVW Nutritionals is a privately held company, with the mission of providing leading edge nutritional supplements and vitamins for persons who have cystic fibrosis and other gastrointestinal disorders. Our goal is to deliver exceptional product profiles, coupled with outstanding service. We believe that quality in what we do, at a reasonable price are important, and are committed to this mission. Our manufacturers are certified cGMP certified for dietary supplements to meet the guidelines set out by FDA for manufacturing dietary supplements. Routine conformance testing occurs during the manufacturing process and every product receives a Certificate of Analysis ("COA") prior to release by the Quality Assurance team. In addition to making sure that products meet their label claim when released, each product has a stability protocol to evaluate key markers at product expiration. We believe this is important, as we seek to ensure a high standard of quality control from our manufactures to our customers. Consistent with our goal of delivering exceptional product profiles, we are pleased to announce the 2014 introduction two new products to address vitamin D deficiency in patients with cystic fibrosis - MVWComplete Formulation D3000 Softgels1 and MVW Complete Formulation D5000 Softgels1. While an ad hoc committee was assembled by the CF Foundation in September 2010 to develop evidence- based guidelines for the screening, diagnosis, management and treatment of vitamin D deficiency in individuals with cystic fibrosis2, no single multivitamin supplement has been available to support these guidelines. Today, we are pleased to announce that MVW Nutritionals will launch the MVW Complete Formulation D3000 Softgels in April to address "step 1 dose increases", and D5000 later in 2014 to address "step 2 dose titration". And importantly, to put clinical care first, pricing of all three softgels will be the same - $29.65 for a bottle of 60 softgels.
