The MCCFA (Muskingum County Convention Facilities Authority) owns, operates, and manages the Muskingum County Conference & Welcome Center and other developing properties. It is the intent of the MCCFA Board of Directors that the primary purpose of The Welcome Center is: to support and encourage economic growth of the community by attracting and serving tourists, for-profit organizations, not-for-profit organizations, and private groups.
