We then refurbish those products back to a good-as-new condition before reselling them on our own store as well as global marketplaces for a fraction of the price of buying new. We count ourselves lucky to have over 7.5 million incredible customers, to whom we’ve paid out hundreds of millions. We have the highest number of seller reviews on both Amazon and eBay and have consistently achieved extremely positive feedback scores. We have a 4.6* rating on UK Trustpilot with over 220,000 reviews and have won multiple awards for our recycling services, including Best Recycling Service at the What Mobile Awards six years in a row. Operating as a circular economy business, we offer customers a better value and more sustainable option when purchasing and trading-in their tech. We refurbish 95% of the products we receive from our customers, and if we can’t refurbish them, the majority of their parts will be reused to refurbish other products.
