Music By The Sea concerts began in 1997, with an aim to bring fine music to the northern suburbs of Brisbane. The performances are a mixture of Folk, Jazz, Classical and World music. The superb acoustics of the concert hall enable us to have quality concerts ranging from solo recitals, orchestras to big choirs. The main venue for the concerts is the Sandgate Town Hall, situated in the middle of the beautiful, historical seaside suburb of Brisbane - Sandgate. In early January MBTS produces an annual 3 day festival. Also operating musical tours to Europe - 'Musical Danube Delights' - 12 days of splendid travel, music and food in Vienna, Budapest and Bratislava - 3 beautiful opera houses, 4 concerts in major concert halls, 5 star hotels.
