Mycelium Studios is a multidisciplinary studio that operates at the intersection of art, design and the environment. Our mission to exchange, develop and execute ideas that inspire people to re-imagine the world and our place within it, in order to agitate systems and regenerate stagnant culture You may be familiar with our light-filled converted warehouse in Brunswick East, with it's brightly painted exterior walls by renowned local artists including Jack Rowland, Mike Makatron, and Lucy Lucy which is visible from our beloved Merri Creek path. From executive suite-styled offices to open plan work spaces, our large complex caters to creatives from many different backgrounds and disciplines. With about a third of the total interior space comprised of communal areas and facilities, the studio aims to provide space to exchange and develop ideas collaboratively. We host a range of creatives practices from software engineers to writers, social enterprises to fashion designers. We also have multiple spaces for short term hire including event, seminar, photo and music recording spaces available. In the past we have hosted art exhibitions, dance performances, boutique music events, plays, photoshoots, workshops and markets. Mycelium Studios Creative has designed and implementing interventions that enable our clients to have meaningful engagement and impact with their audience. Our creative team includes award winning film makers, composers, software engineers, projection artists and industrial designers and clients include Ogilvy, Ellis Jones, Future Estate amongst others. We believe in the transformative power of the arts to agitate, interrogate and re-align to core values in order to create a more just and vibrant world.
