Muscle Metrics is a revolutionary new concept in fitness testing. We use the state-of-the-art BOD POD by Cosmed to measure body composition. We provide highly accurate data on total lean body mass, total body fat percentage and RMR (resting metabolic rate) to help people manage caloric intake while on a health and wellness journey. BOD POD is the gold standard in body composition testing. The test is fast (10 minutes or less) completely safe for all ages, non-invasive and very accurate.
