Muscle & Flow Information

We kept seeing two major obstacles that stood in the way of making quality, holistic fitness easily accessible to your everyday working citizen …. 1. Small, talented fitness professionals can’t afford the high overhead of starting their own venture. 2. The consumer doesn’t have the time (or let’s be honest, the energy) to drive to multiple locations to get a diverse, holistic fitness experience. Muscle & Flow solves that problem - both for the consumer and the fitness professional. We’ve curated the top fitness talent in the Boston area to bring you a quality, holistic fitness experience … all under one roof. The best part? Our a la carte model allows members to customize their membership so they are only paying for the experiences they are using. Muscle & Flow is here to disrupt the fitness space. Ready to join us?
