Murphy Leadership is a comprehensive leadership training program based on an exhaustive six-year empirical study of what makes great leaders tick, now driven by MINDMATCH. Following a study of 18,000 managers over six-years at 562 large and small organizations in all types of industries throughout the world, Murphy Leadership identified over 1,000 managers with exceptional leadership abilities. We isolated the qualities that made these leaders great, and used our research to develop a groundbreaking new way to help individuals and organizations across the private, public, nonprofit and education sectors enhance their capacity for leadership.
