MFI maintains relationships with various financial institutions ( ADM Investor Services, Inc., FC Stone , and Prudential Financial) that provide vital services such as clearing, execution of trades, as well as margin financing for hedgers. MFI deals with only NFA member firms. These firms are typically registered with the NFA as Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs) or Introducing Brokers(IBs). hese financial institutions charge the investor a commission for providing these essential services. MFI receives no commission or rebate of any kind from these financial institutions. MFI may, however, compensate an Introducing Broker or Futures Commission Merchant for introducing its customers to MFI's managed programs. Such arrangements will not have the effect of increasing incentive fees charged to the investor.
