Munich Aerospace Information

Munich Aerospace is Bavarias‘ Research Network for Aerospace. Funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy and our four members, the Technical University of Munich, the German Aerospace Center, the University of the Bundeswehr Munich and Bauhaus Luftfahrt, it is our mission to bring together industry and academia. We strengthen aerospace research, innovation, and talent development in Bavaria. By coordinating research programmes, awarding doctoral scholarships, and promoting close cooperation between universities, research institutions, and industry, we foster knowledge transfer, support young scientists, and build a vibrant international community for future aerospace technologies. The nexus of business, research and public policy, Munich Aerospace links great diversity of scientific and technical expertise, sets key research objectives, identifies new research goals and promotes the Munich region as an international centre for technology, the sciences and further education in the field of aerospace now and in the future.
