Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI adoption. Its products help organisations get results from AI by building the capability of the people who use it. Founded by Euan Blair in 2016, Multiverse combines work and learning, so people build skills on the job, supported by expert coaches. As Europe’s largest apprenticeship provider, Multiverse has trained more than 40,000 people at over 1,000 organisations. Its learners have generated more than £2bn in ROI for employers. The company’s Mastry platform, now in early access, brings the apprenticeship model to the whole workforce. Multiverse has teams in the UK and Germany, and is backed by investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Index Ventures and General Catalyst. In 2026 it raised a strategic funding round with Schroders Capital at an increased, $2.1bn valuation.
