Multipowr is a technology company that specializes in wireless charging solutions for automated applications in industrial electric vehicles, such as AGVs. The company is located in Gent, Belgium. One of the major shareholders, Peter Besard, has 30 years of experience in wireless charging technology and has previously owned and been CEO of Inverto and its spinoff iN²POWER. Multipowr has an experienced engineering team and a workshop for fast prototyping in Gent, as well as its own production facilities in Hungary. This allows the company to customize the Buzzard to specific situations or preferences, and also reduces its dependence on the supply chain. If there are long waiting times for certain components, the company can easily integrate alternative components into the Buzzard using its workshop and its own factory, without making the customer wait.
