As being long-standing scientific experts in 3D CFD, FEM simulations for energy, materials and high-end applications, we convey our expertise to the strategic consultancy of the application, methodology and key competences of the multiphysics simulation assisted research, development and deployment. Aim is to achieve a technical optimization and cost reduction of materials, components and systems, and to support the cost efficient pre-commercial testing of new developments. We consult customers from the requirements in terms of soft and hardware up to the educational development of personell to implement the simulation technology within their manufacturing and production activities. Particularly, we pay attention to the 3D fluid-structure coupling of heat- and pressure-loaded problems comprising the fields of fluid mechanics, thermal management, NVH, electrochemistry, thermomechanics and chemically reacting flow. Activity areas are such as power engineering, high-performance materials and various high-end applications. We turn our attention to the whole 3D full system analysis of powertrain and non-powertrain automotive applications, textile engineering and alternative energy technologies like windpower, solar, geothermal, biogas, fuel cells, power-to-x and storage technologies.
