In 1985 Multi Solutions, Inc. spun off its subsidiary Multi Soft, Inc., which is also became a public and is traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol MSOF. Multi Solutions through its subsidiary Multi Soft is the market leader in the design, development and marketing of cooperative processing software and communications tools for client-server application development. Multi Soft, Inc. has been designing and implementing cooperative processing and client-server applications for over 12 years for over 125 Fortune 500 companies.
