Multi-Dimensional Integration is a rapidly growing controls engineering firm with Pennsylvania offices in Shrewsbury and Allentown and most recently, Raleigh-Durham, NC. We provide a wide variety of services within the Industrial Controls and Automation field of engineering. Founded in 1987, MDI is excited to have grown to an approximate 350 team members: now comprised of engineers, technicians, student interns and sales, recruiting and administrative teams. Even with our continued growth, we continue to work diligently to maintain the flat-structured small company culture we cherish. MDI is consistently looking to fill full-time, internship and apprentice positions in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, logistics, food & beverage, government, cosmetics, oil & gas, wastewater, defense and many more. Our Team is working with some of the biggest names in those industries! In 2025, we broke those record numbers by hiring 46 full-time engineers and 57 interns and are on track to break those records again so far in 2026!
