Everything started in a small office in 1990 for Penta Teknoloji. Today, Penta Teknoloji is one of the leading technology distribution companies in Turkey, delivering the most advanced global and local technology products rapidly, reliably and flawlessly. Ever since its foundation, Penta Teknoloji has been working with the aim of making its business partners more efficient, profitable and competitive with its expertise in technology, operational efficiency, diverse financial solutions, strong supply chain management and robust IT infrastructure. Penta Teknoloji, distributing more than 40 technology brands in Turkey, provides end-to-end solutions with its more than 3,500 active resellers all around Turkey and also stands out with its value-added services in technology distribution field and digitalization investments. In 2011, Penta Teknoloji joined Yıldız Holding by establishing a strategic partnership with Mersa Sistem, one of the leading companies in the IT distribution sector. And by the end of 2012, Penta and Mersa Sistem legally merged under the name of Penta Teknoloji. Paraşüt 2013 yılında, Türkiye ekonomisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin finansal operasyonlarını daha verimli yönetebilmesini desteklemek amacıyla kurulan, bulut tabanlı bir ön muhasebe programıdır. Fatura ve cari hesap yönetimi, gelir gider takibi, raporlama gibi işletmelerin finansal operasyonları için olmazsa olmaz özellikleri içeren Paraşüt'ü geliştirirken Mutlu Patronlar'ımızın ihtiyaçlarından ilham alıyor ve düzenli olarak işletme sahiplerinin günlük iş yükünü hafifletecek yenilikçi çözümler ekliyoruz. İşletme sahipleri için finansal kontrol paneli niteliği taşıyan Paraşüt'teki tüm özellikleri ilk defa fatura kesecek bir kişinin bile rahatlıkla kullanabileceği bir kolaylıkta tasarlıyoruz. 2019 yılının Mayıs ayında, Mikrogrup çatısı altında Mikro Yazılım ve Zirve Yazılım ile güçlerini birleştirmemiz ve 2020 yılında Shopside ve IRGAT'ın bünyemize katılması ile beraber ailemiz giderek büyüdü. Bugün ise Paraşüt ve tüm Mikrogrup ailesi olarak KOBİ'lere, kuruldukları ilk günden itibaren her aşamada işlerini kolaylaştıracak ürün ve hizmetler geliştirmeye devam ediyoruz. Girişimcilerin ihtiyacı olan temel finansal bilgileri kullanıcı deneyimini ön planda tutarak kolay anlaşılır ve aksiyona dönüştürülebillir şekilde sunmayı hedefleyen Paraşüt, e-fatura, online tahsilat ve gelir gider takibi gibi işletmelerin daha verimli yönetilmesini destekleyen pek çok hizmeti vermek üzere çalışmalarını sürdürüyor.
