Whether we are designing a one floor, eight floor or a thirty floor building, it is important for us to select the structural system which best suits the project, while keeping in mind the project budget, constructability, and local construction techniques and methods. Our design approach includes fostering and maintaining excellent professional working relationships with not only our clients, but also with the developers, engineers, architects and contractors on each project. This approach has accounted for over 90% of our work stemming from either "repeat" or "referral" clients. By staying in close contact with our clients, at the forefront of engineering technologies and supplementing our extensive experience, creativity and open minds with state of the art analysis, design and BIM software, we are able to provide competent, practical, economical and sustainable solutions.
