Mudge's Shoes offers a hassle free return policy for exchange. Goods must be returned unworn, unmarked and undamaged in their original shoe box or packaging, we consider this part of the item. To return for exchange please contact Mudge's Shoes within 7 days of receiving your purchase either by email - info@mudgesshoes.com.au or telephone - 03 5255 1257 to obtain a return authority number. All returns must include this number with there proof of purchase - either your invoice or order confirmation along with a self addressed pre paid satchel. The sale of discounted items is considered final therefore are not returnable. If goods are faulty Mudge's Shoes will happily replace or refund and cover any postage costs incurred. Please contact us either by email - info@mudgesshoes.com.au or telephone - 03 52551257. We will then issue you with a return authority number which needs to be sent along with your proof of purchase - either your invoice or order confirmation. Once your package has been received we will then inspect your goods and assess the issue. If your package fails this inspection your goods will be posted back to you at your cost. If your claim is legitimate, your item will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible. We do not accept returns with out a return authority number.
