We conduct our business in accordance with all relevant acts, standards and regulations. We can fabricate parts for you in large quantities according to your specifications. It is also possible to modify parts, as you require. Arc and CO2, or metal inert gas (MIG), welding processes are available for the fabrication of metal structures from various steel grades. We use two lathes for turning; one can machine 600 OD Flanges and parts of up to 2m long and 2oomm OD. We also have two milling machines with 1.2m long beds. We employ hydraulic and flywheel presses for presswork. We can saw, cut and grind to fine tolerance; even true parallel surfaces are possible using our surface grinder. Finally, we can finish your metal products with electroplating or powder coating.
