Machine Technologies Services is a Colombian company with international reach, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and repair of tools for drilling, completion, workover, and production operations in oil and/or gas wells. For over 20 years, our primary goal has been to provide comprehensive solutions to the oil industry, building our brand with quality and high performance, aiming to be recognized as a specialized services company. As a Machine Shop at the national and international levels, Machine Technologies Services began operations in 1997. The company emerged to meet the need for specialized tool manufacturing in the oil industry; at that time, most oilfield equipment was imported, and sometimes operations required tools and equipment on short notice, which were not readily available, resulting in increased operational costs. With the expertise of our CEO & Founder, Mr. Elías Cachaya Ninco, who has over 20 years of experience in well completion and workover at Baker Transworld (later Baker Oil Tools) since its origins in Colombia, the idea was born to create a company to provide comprehensive solutions, tool manufacturing, and services locally with the highest standards. This initiated a process of business expansion, an expansion that continues today with broader support from significant clients who have trusted us over the years and confirmed the quality of our products.
