Consulting With A Difference Marie provides experienced consulting services for all versions of Novell NetWare, GroupWise and ZENworks. Marie's teaching background allows her to offer consulting services with a difference. Why just hire a consultant when you can hire a consultant with the ability to train you and/or your employees? Marie endeavors to ensure that when she leaves your site you are not left scratching your head and wondering "now what?". Your technician can be guided through an installation or an upgrade, or Marie can do it while providing explanations. If a new product is being installed, and you don't want to take the time to learn how to do all those "one time things"-- let Marie do the installation and and show you how to complete just the day to day tasks. Technical Support Technical support is available by the project or as an ongoing monthly support contract, either on site or remotely. Don't let distance stop you from getting the support you need. Marie has provided assistance for organizations requiring network operating system upgrades or product upgrades using secure remote utilities, the telephone and your on site technician. Training Marie is available to teach Novell authorized training courses for any Novell Authorized Training Partner in Canada or the United States or on site at your organization's location. She has been a Certified Novell Instructor (CNI) since January 1997 and provided end user training in previous employment for several years. Training can be customized to suit your organization's requirements for both technical and end users using either Novell authorized material, Novell Press books or manuals Marie has developed.
