Mt Rainier Clinic Information

My name is Fred Bomonti. I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and a personal coach at the Mt. Rainier Clinic in Gig Harbor Washington. Based on my 50+ years of practice and 20 years of coaching I endeavor to help people to savor a happier and healthier life. I am particularly interested in people unexpectedly facing a health crisis like a "cancer"​ diagnosis and/or the prospect of retirement and suddenly looking for a new direction in their life. It is these times that create much confusion for people. Health is defined by the World Health Organization as a "State of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."​. To me it is a "noun."​ Helping people achieve this goal is our intention. I define "Wellness"​ as "The optimal integration of all domains in life to produce health."​ "Wellness"​ is the process of achieving optimal health and to me is a "verb."​ Quality of life is how success is measured in this model. I am a chiropractor and a personal coach. As a chiropractor I help people address primarily physical, nutritional and mental/emotional aspects of health. As a personal coach I concentrate on the mental/emotional areas of life as they may pertain to the occupational and family/community areas of life. Helping people to achieve short term goals and recognize long term passions are my special areas of interest. Maintaining good structural and neurological health requires good chiropractic care for a lifetime. Personal coaching can help people to identify obstacles to their personal and occupational growth and can help them to overcome those obstacles. I endeavor to help people balance all seven areas of health so that they can savor a healthy, happy life
