Raised in Whitefish enjoying everything this great corner of Montana has to offer Scott left after graduating high school to attend Montana State in Bozeman and study Construction Engineering Technology and Business Administration. Seeking a change of scenery Scott worked summers through college and eventually took a full time job with a small commercial general contractor in Louisville Kentucky, allowing him to see much of the Eastern US while traveling and building restaurants from Buffalo NY to West Des Moines IA. It didn't take long for him to make his way home to Whitefish and begin working at Big Mountain Glass where he quickly gravitated toward large commercial glazing projects. Growing that segment of the company 8 fold over his tenure and becoming a partner Scott managed many monumental projects across Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming. In 2014 Scott decided it was time to step out on his own and develop a business that would set itself apart through hard work and professionalism and so he formed MT Contracting, Inc.
