MSP Well Information

MSPwell is a nonprofit mental health community created by James Mignacca, Joe Ussia, Larry Meador and Christine Ululati, for the humans behind the IT industry. Built by and for those who work in high-pressure, always-on environments, MSPwell exists to remind IT professionals that they are not alone. We provide a safe, stigma-free space where people can openly share their struggles, celebrate resilience, and learn from one another — whether they’re navigating burnout, anxiety, leadership pressure, or personal challenges. Through community conversations, peer connection, educational events, and practical wellness resources, MSPwell supports mental and emotional well-being so the people who keep systems running can also care for themselves.
