MSM Box offers you FREE shipping on every order. Are there any Cash-on-Delivery charges? No, there are no extra charges for COD order. Are there any hidden charges? We hate sneaky little hidden charges and so we don't offer any. What is your returns policy? Since these are personal hygiene and care products we do not accommodate returns or exchanges of your MSM Box. What is your cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy applies to our prepaid three-month, six-month and annual subscriptions. Please send us a mail at customer@msmbox.com specifying reasons for the cancellation. We will cancel your subscription and refund you the difference between what you paid for your subscription and the billable amount for the months where you received your box. Cancellation requests will need to be received and acknowledged by us before the first of the month in order to include that months subscription amount in your refund. How can I track my MSM Box once it has been shipped? Once your MSM box has been shipped the AWB number will be e-mailed to you so you can track your package online. Do I have to pay the full amount at the time of receiving my 3 month/ 6 month or annual subscription? Yes that is correct. Paying for all three/six/twelve months at one time while placing your order gives you the advantage of not having to order a box every month. Plus you can avail of our fabulous discount structure when you order and pay for multiple months. Can I change my address after my boxes start shipping? Unfortunately that is not possible. My MSM Box reached me with damaged products. What do I do? Our packing and despatch team takes great care to make sure that your MSM box is securely packed. We also photo-document each and every box that is despatched to our customers. In the unlikely case that your box arrives with broken product we request you to send us a picture of the same at customer@msmbox.com. We will evaluate your case and replace products if warranted.
