Mr Gordon has been involved with food marketing right from the plow to plate for over 40 years and has spent 25 years in the poultry industry. Originally the store specialized only in poultry products but over the years has diversified in all meats. Our resident butcher,Graham,is a second generation butcher with over 30 years of experience. We won Delicatessen of the year for the North Shore many times and have recently earned a Meat Standards of Australia license which is a guarantee of tender meat. Please come and visit our store.
