M2N promotes workforce equity by maximizing access and opportunities for underestimated professionals. We are building a platform called MPower to enable wide-scale implementation of a skills-based hiring approach and expand career paths for underestimated professionals in tech and tech-enabled roles. Organizations want to build a more diverse workforce to maximize readiness for the future of work but face two compounding challenges: massive demographic shifts and an over reliance on degrees as a screening tool for hiring. The current processes that we use to find talent aren’t sufficiently meeting the demands of the workforce…and its only getting worse.
