MPower Group, LLC. was founded in 1999 by Chief Executive Officer, Lee E. Melancon, III. Initially started as a strategic development firm focusing on growing small businesses and non profits, MPower Group has produced millions of dollars in economic impact, small firm profit, and nonprofit revenue generation. MPower Group was formed to serve a unique implementation approach, where like firms have failed to produce financial gains with mere consultation. MPower Group created a methodology focused on a needs-based formula that provides any solution based on gap analysis and formed its mission statement around the core value phrase, "we do what you do. This is why today,, we live by our mission statement, "Your mission is our mission." MPower Group has transformed itself into a full service management company serving associations, community-based nonprofits and municipal organizations.
