MP Law is a boutique business law-firm founded by Dr. Marko Prušnik in 2018, after having spent more than a decade in international law-firms. As a result, the firm combines broad experience in international transactions with flexible team / cost structures and language skills. With offices in Slovenia (Ljubljana) and Austria (Vienna), we particularly offer our clients tailored cross-border legal services in all areas of business law, with the main focus on the transactional fields (M&A, Real Estate transactions, Finance deals etc). With respect to areas not directly covered by MP Law, we cooperate with our “best friend” law-firms in the region, mainly via our “+Partners” network, composed of (independent) top business law-firms in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
