Microplastics is a world-class insert molding manufacturer committed to producing high volume, highly engineered electromechanical interconnections and components in the most efficient and reliable way possible. Incorporated in 1989 by founders Jim Dilbeck and Mike Roberts, Microplastics operates within a 50,000 square foot facility in St. Charles, IL, 30 miles west of Chicago. State-of-the-art injection molding machines produce thousands of insert molded components three shifts a day. The facility houses a full-service Toolroom with advanced CNC and EDM capabilities. Our engineering group provides design assistance and develops products using the latest solid modeling tools in the industry.
