MP Materials (NYSE: MP) is rebuilding the American rare earth supply chain. From our operations in California and Texas, we produce the materials and magnets that power technologies critical to modern life, economic competitiveness, and national security. At Mountain Pass, California, we operate one of the world's richest rare earth deposits and the second-largest rare earth mine globally. There, we mine, process, separate, and refine rare earth materials. In Texas, we manufacture high-performance rare earth magnets at our Independence facility, bringing a critical industrial capability back to the United States. We are expanding those capabilities through investments in additional refining capacity, recycling circuits, and larger-scale magnet manufacturing. Construction is underway on 10X, our second U.S. magnetics facility, which will further scale domestic production and help meet growing demand from industry. MP Materials serves leading customers across technology, automotive, and defense, including Apple, General Motors, and the U.S. Department of War.
