He was born in Xativa and has run a number of successful businesses under the Tonga's name over the last 22 years and moved into the property sector 10 years ago. As you would expect, Jose knows all the ins and outs of buying a property in Spain and he will ensure that any transaction is completed as quickly and trouble free as possible. After the making of the initial offer, Jose will oversee any negotiations, help you obtain a mortgage and other professional services, complete all relevant paperwork and finally arrange the exchange of contracts in front of the notary. Inma is here to ensure the administrative side of the office runs as smoothly as possible.
