We were hyper-focused on improving quality of movement, strengthening and conditioning, and providing tools to improve mindset, capacity to manage stress, accountability, purpose and intention. We start with your discovery session and coaching consultation. Here, we establish where you've been, where you are now, and where it is you would like to go. We assess your baseline and co-author a plan that provides clarity on what it will take to get you to the life you wish to live. Meeting you where you are, regardless of your starting point, you'll be surrounded by professionals and a community that wants to see you win, values hard work, healthy lifestyles and a sense of drive to make life truly count. Following your comprehensive assessment, you will work 1-on-1 through a fully customized program delivered by your coach. You will work together to develop a plan that fits into your lifestyle and the demands of your daily routine. You'll build the confidence and competence to progress toward your goals. You'll progress your programming through individually designed sessions that evolve with your changing needs. As you gain more autonomy, your coach will guide you through daily feedback and regular check-ins, while you complete the work on your own terms or alongside group sessions. The village also provides programs designed to help you reclaim, maintain and enhance you life. Through our CrossFit, Bodybyuilding and Olympic Lifting programming you'll continue to build strength and overall conditioning. Our mobility and active recovery yoga sessions help to increase flexibility and expand and strengthen active range of motion. Our breath work and ice bath sessions strengthen mindset, while also providing a wide range of recovery benefits. We also have onsite DPTs and massage for recovery and rehab needs.
