Move it or Lose it! are on a mission to transform the health and wellbeing of our nation’s older adults. By encouraging active ageing we can also combat loneliness and isolation. Through safe, effective and enjoyable exercise sessions, we can empower older people to enjoy and not simply endure their later years. Our programme has been tried, tested and scientifically proven to work. We’ll help you to get stronger, fitter, more mobile and confident. And most importantly, we’ll make sure you have fun in the process! Our award-winning range of DVDs and books are made by real people for real people and endorsed by Professor Janet Lord, world-leading expert in healthy ageing. For some they’re the first step to regaining their independence and, for others, a fun resource to workout regularly at home. Our routines are safe, enjoyable, effective and accessible to everyone whatever their ability. As collaborative partners with the Centre for Healthy Ageing Research at University of Birmingham, we’re at the forefront, translating the latest research in healthy ageing into practical applications, ensuring all our instructors are part of a highly esteemed network.
