Move Happy®️ Information

Move Happy®️ provides curricula and trainings to medical practitioners and businesses in order to provide best treatment practices for mentally ill patients and employees. Specifically the products include: Move Happy Facilitator Program©️: In this program you will have: A step-by-step guide for the 16-week Therapy/Wellness program emailed to you. Included in it are 14 weeks of pre-planned workouts, 1 week of ice breaker activities, 1 week of more intense workouts to close out the program, And daily affirmations for each of the workouts. Video demo of all workouts (so you don’t have to be an expert)!. Also included is a participant journal with daily open-ended questions geared towards happiness and community building. Facilitator Program: Happiness Questionnaire and Fitness Questionnaire to measure progress Lastly included is the facilitator manual which provides a deeper look into the journal topics and how to guide discussions. Move Happy Participant Journal©️: This is a 16-week journal that moves participants towards happiness with pre-planned questions and lines to write their reflections. Used alone, this journal is an excellent way to support a positive therapeutic environment. Combine it with the full Move Happy Facilitator Program for the best results.
