Mountaintop Competitors

The International Mountain Leadership Institute conducts custom tailored education and training programs for people living in underdeveloped, regions of the Asia. We do this by working with local partners to develop unique training infrastructures which are intended to become locally sustainable. The result of our work is that these communities will have local emerging leaders who can find ways to develop their communities without being overly dependent on outsiders.

We serve marginalized genders including women, non-binary, gender non-conforming, trans masculine and trans feminine folks. Open to those living in Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler or Pemberton. You must be 19+ years old. Celebrating 1000+ participants, our community thrives on inclusivity and adventure.
