The Mount Washington Volunteer Ski Patrol Association is a non profit association registered under the Societies Act of British Columbia. We are a fully independent ski patrol which elects its own executive on a yearly basis. We do have associate ties with the National Ski Patrol in the USA because we have adopted the OEC first aid standard as our major first aid certification. The volunteer patrol consists of two sections: Alpine and Nordic. Our patrol has 142 active duty patrollers in addition to several auxiliary members who offer specialized services to the patrol. This patrol has an elected executive which is responsible for the overall management of the patrol. To assist in the management of the patrol a number of committees provide advice and guidance to the executive.
