Mount Filling Systems Ltd designs, engineers and assembles bespoke filling machinery in the UK. Building on the legacy of Mount Packaging Systems, our experience in filling machinery dates back to 1990. We provide reliable, tailored filling solutions for liquids and pastes across paints and coatings, chemicals, oils, inks, adhesives, food and beverage, cosmetics, toiletries and other manufacturing sectors. Our machinery can handle fills from 5ml containers through to 1,000-litre IBCs, with semi-automatic and fully automatic systems, volumetric fillers, weigh filling, drum and IBC filling, and bespoke solutions for specialist applications. Our support continues long after installation. We provide spare parts, on-site servicing, remote diagnostics, maintenance, upgrades and full machinery refurbishment. We also support older Mount systems through access to legacy parts and plans.
